The building is located within the grade II listed building known as The Royal Exchange which is in the very heart of London’s financial banking district. Our hands on approach worked on this project as the landlords the City of London Corporation have very strict guidelines to follow as the building has a grade II listing internally as well as externally. The project involved complete strip out of the previous tenants fixtures & fittings, removal of the mezzanine floor at 1st floor level and removal of the existing electrical installation. The shop was completely fitted out & opened within 2 weeks of commencing works on site. The refurbishment comprised of the following works: Electrical Re-wire - Dry Linning of Walls & Ceilings - Plastering - Internal & External Decoration - New Flooring - Manufacture & Installation of Internal Fittings Contract Value £ 35K
